Abstract
Multiple myeloma and solitary extramedullary plasmacytoma of the breast are exceedingly rare lesions, with only 22 cases previously described. Most reported cases represent secondary involvement or initial manifestation of the multiple myeloma. We report a new case with extraskeletal plasmacytomas of the breast without systematic disease, and describe the mammographic and ultrasonographic features of the lesion.
