2021, Microvascular ResearchCitation Excerpt :This study was approved by the research ethics committee of the Federal University of Goiás (Protocol number CEUA/UFG 056/2019). Angiogenic response to AZA was assessed using a CAM assay, based on the protocol described by Auerbach et al. (1974) with some modifications (Carneiro et al., 2016). Thirty fertilized hen eggs were incubated horizontally at 37 °C under 80% relative humidity in a BOD chamber (Model SL224).
