For six of the 12 unique samples, conversions from either standardized mean differences or correlations into log odds ratios were computed (Berman et al., 2000; Elkins et al., 2016; Ginsburg et al., 2012; Silk et al., 2013; Southam-Gerow et al., 2001; Vaclavik et al., 2017). The logistic regression results of Thirwall et al. (2017), Vigerland et al. (2017) and Wergeland et al. (2016) were multiplied by the corresponding reported standard deviation of their severity measures.
