      However, in all these studies, exercise- or patient-adapted music therapy was not implemented. We noted that, despite overall improvements in depression, our patients still had a slight mood disturbance in both experimental groups, which is in agreement with other studies.13,18,19,57 We also observed a lack of constancy and responsibility towards the treatment of the disease, and sometimes a lack of motivation.
