    Citation Excerpt :

A Foley catheter tube is placed perpendicularly at the level of the pubic symphysis. A ruler is used to obtain pressure readings at end-expiration; convert cm H2O into mm Hg by multiplying by 0.74 (88–92). Importantly, obesity, pelvic pathology, and radiation cystitis can elevate IAP readings (1,2,39,47,59).
