    Trials of chronic oral administration of VB6 in epilepsy have yielded variable results. In 1946, Fox and Tullidge found no improvement in eight epileptic boys (14–15 years of age) treated with 20–100 mg oral VB6 [15]. In 1951, Ernsting and Ferwerda reported seizure disappearance in five and improvement in three of 14 patients (2–17 years of age) treated with 20 mg, 3–6 times a day [16].
