    Knowing that palliative care was available and that termination was not the only possible outcome of the pregnancy lifted a weight from these parents’ shoulders. However, these decisions require medical staff to be perfectly tuned in to the needs of parents [15]. In our study, parents who chose palliative care had high educational status and may have arrived at their decision more quickly than others in the presence of medical information.
