2022, Journal of Physics and Chemistry of SolidsCitation Excerpt :Although the NRs in that study didn't have any particular direction, the obtained emission results were yet promising. Literatures suggest that materials with vertically aligned nanostructures produce better emission, compared to materials with nanostructures which are randomly oriented [9–11]. Therefore the scope of further improvement of the emission behaviour was there in that study by aligning the NRs vertically.

2021, Journal of Solid State ChemistryCitation Excerpt :Raman spectra of MoO2/Mo2C and CoO/MoO2/Mo2C are displayed in Fig. 1b and S1, in which characteristic peaks located at 201, 496, 664, 818, 992, 1354 and 1603 cm−1 can be detected. The peaks appeared at 201 and 496 cm−1 can be assigned to CoO [39] and MoO2 [40], respectively. The peaks at 664, 818 and 992 cm−1 belong to Mo2C according to literatures [41].
