Highlights
► Mig-38 is required for gonad development in C. elegans hermaphrodites. ► Mig-38 RNAi causes a defect in distal tip cell turning toward the midbody region. ► A YFP::MIG-38 fusion protein is present in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. ► Genetic interaction data link mig-38 with integrins in cell turning and motility.
