Results from some coke oven workers group studies [13–16] as well as on groups of policemen [41,43] indicates that genetic damage measured as MN frequency in the lymphocyte CBMN assay is not linear to PAHs exposure. Possible modification of the frequency of MN by adaptive response seems to be a new topic, which should be studied in future.
