The results of this study suggest that psychoeducational group intervention might serve as an effective method to improve caregivers' mental component of quality of life and psychological wellbeing, which agrees with previous studies11,27,30. Furthermore, the ratio of female caregivers was 85.3% in our study, it is consistent with the finding which the ratio of female participation was a significant predictable variable in psychological wellbeing in a meta-analysis study11.
